It’s spooky season! Making it a great time to try Daily Sketch 52, answering the question “What makes a picture scary?” Learn how lighting can affect the mood of an artwork.
You can also use lighting to create large, scary shadows. Create a scene at night with some objects, then experiment with your lighting.
What happens when you move your flashlight? What happens when you move your objects?
Now look at your scene in the day. Does it still look scary?
